Florida Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (FACES)
Ed Hayden, President
The purpose of the Florida Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (FACES) is to develop exemplary professionals in the cognitive, affective, and behavioral domains in counseling. This comes to fruition by counselor educators and supervisors promoting excellence in counselor education preparation programs and clinical supervision in academic, work, and clinical settings. Remaining competitive by keeping up with trends and innovations in counseling is necessary for our survival. In addition, it is important for us to keep a vigilant eye on environmental forces that may influence our profession.

Florida Association for Multi-Cultural Counseling and Development (FAMCD) Primrose Cameron Hall, President
The mission of the Florida Association for Multi-Cultural Counseling and Development (FAMCD) is to create a communications link for local and regional groups concerned with minorities, and planning and implementing progress to further the growth of individuals working with different ethnic groups.
This is accomplished through building positive human relationships that enhance cross-cultural communication
· uplifting human interaction despite tension
· learning ways to become culturally competent
· networking with other counselors having similar goals

Florida Association of Marriage and Family Counselors (FAMFC)

The mission of the Florida Association of Marriage and Family Counselors is to promote the value of marriage and family counseling through public awareness, professional development, and advocacy, as well as supporting and unifying marriage and family counselors in all settings, resulting in high quality practices in Florida. This is accomplished by:
- promoting high standards of marriage and family counseling.
- promoting public policy advocacy.
- providing educational opportunities for marriage and family counselors.
- providing an organizational structure and support to fulfill our mission.
- maintaining and enhancing communication among our membership.
promoting public awareness of marriage and family counseling
encouraging partnerships with other professional stakeholders.

The mission of the Florida Association for Spiritual, Ethical, and Religious Values in Counseling (FASERVIC) is to create an environment that empowers and enables the expression, exploration, development, and research of evolving value issues as they relate to the person, to society, and to the profession of counseling. FASERVIC recognizes the uniqueness that each individual brings to our human race. It is this diversity that enriches us all.

The Florida Career Development Association (FCDA) seeks to promote an understanding of the career development process across the lifespan by enabling individuals to better understand themselves, their options, and to employ effective decision making strategies.

School Counselors of Florida (SCF)
Patrick Mullen, President
The School Counselors of Florida (SCF) supports the mission of professional counseling within the educational setting. Using diverse and innovative interventions, school counselors encourage student development holistically with a focus on intra and interpersonal development. School counselors provide guidance in career exploration and development with a focus on academic achievement as a vehicle to prosperity. As an advocate, school counselors collaborate with stakeholders from various sources to provide equal educational opportunity to all students.
